Here is Bob Barr’s appearance on CNN American Morning emphasizing his opposition to the government bailouts. “We don’t need more government!” He says. Well Bob, I agree.
Here is Ron Paul spending almost 10 minutes with FOX News today doing what he does best: teaching. I often take solace in my own life believing that everything happens for a reason. This appearance by Ron Paul makes me feel that he was meant to be here right here right now for the sole purpose of making all of us realize the truth about what is happening with our financial system.
How vindicated he must feel after being all but igorned for 30+ years while preaching his anti-Fed, anti-regulation, pro-market gospel that now the media is knocking down his door to hear his words on the matter. There were things lacking within his presidential campaign, but here there is nothing he lacks. Watch the man do what he does best below.
Ron Paul’s truth makes Bernanke shift around in his seat during the joint economic hearing on the financial crisis from this morning. Ron Paul calls out the government as being “not smart enough”. It seems to me that is just another nicer way to say we are being stupid. Amen Dr. Paul. Amen. He then goes on to ask Bernanke the fundamental question which paraphrased is “Where does the Constitution allow for the Fed to execute bailouts and the creation of more money?” Watch it below for the non-answer answer from Bernanke.
Jim Bunning today sounded a bit like Ron Paul when he spoke out against the proposed $700 billion bailout. He called the bailout financial socialism. Watch/Listen for yourself below.
Good old Ron Paul is at it again on the main stream media we know and love as CNN. What I really liked about this interview is his insistence that we can do something, just not mortgage the future and devalue the dollar.
Bob Barr released a video yesterday regarding the U.S. Constitution outlining how McBama ignores it while Barr clings to it. Barr says he doesn’t believe in the Constitution’s “intent” but in it’s “letter”. He gets rather emphatic in this video attempting (rather successfully) to show he truly does care about defending and upholding our founding document. See for yourself below.
Ron Paul appeared on CNN this morning continuing his media rounds blasting the government providing welfare for holders of bad debt. Welcome to socialism U.S.A. Watch the interview below. Paul equates the bailouts to a “fix for a drug addict”.
Ron Paul is at it again. He appeared on Glenn Beck’s TV show last night and discussed the financial crisis in the U.S. He was a bit more philosophical in this appearance. He even mentioned Austrian economics by name again. Keep on spreading the word Dr. Paul. When it comes to the economy we are all behind you. Interview is in two parts.
Ron Paul schooled America via MSNBC this afternoon. With such a short soundbite style interview it is hard for him to be effective about his “teachings”, but in this interview I think he does an excellent job. He discussed why inflating the money supply is a no-win in the long run. He then goes on to say rather emphatically that he could never endorse John McCain for a variety of reasons but his most biting reason was foreign policy. Paul says he could never endorse someone that thinks it’s funny to sing “bomb bomb bomb Iran” as McCain did a few years ago.
On a new video published on Ron Paul’s Congressional web site he rants on the lunacy of voting for more and more foreign aid and bailouts while America is bankrupt. In it he continues his argument that if you care about humanitarian issues the most important thing that needs to be done is to protect the currency. That is the polar opposite of what is happening all around us today.
