Yesterday’s Freedom Watch provided some fireworks on the torture memos. Fox News anchor Shepherd Smith replaced Glenn Beck on the show and had an abbreviated tirade at the beginning of the show. He shouts, “We are America, We don’t fu@$ing torture!” The Judge and Trace Gallagher continued on without acknowledging the F bomb. Since the show is broadcast internet-only there should be no problem with the FCC.
The Judge’s other guests were Ron Paul (naturally), James Bovard, Shell Roche, and Pastor Steve Anderson. Ron Paul and Napolitano had a chance to talk to each other about several topics without interruption.
They discussed the HR1207, torture memos, secession, and other topics. Shelly Roche again provided feedback and questions for the show from Twitter. This time she did so remotely.
From FreedomWatchOnFox.com we get the guest and topic list for Judge Napolitano’s Freedom Watch today at 2PM Eastern:

Ron Paul was a guest on the “Brian and The Judge” radio show this morning. Listen to the audio here. The interview is about 13 minutes long.

Ron Paul will be on with Judge Andrew Napolitano today at 11:06am Eastern. The Judge is doing his radio show by himself this week. It airs from 9am – Noon (Eastern).
You can listen to the show online via foxnewsradio.com and on satellite radio on Sirius 145 and XM 168.
I always love when the Judge flies it solo on his radio show. It’s almost like watching Freedom Watch for 3 hours a day. We’ll try to capture the audio of the Ron Paul interview segment and post it a bit later.
At the end of Judge Andrew Napolitano’s “Freedom Watch” he closes with the following words, “Stay Free”. Out of context one may think he’s doing a commercial for feminine “protection” products. But it is those two words that should mean the most to all of us right now. Those two words define succinctly the quote (that may or may not be from Thomas Jefferson):
The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.
Staying free is what the Tea Party protests should be all about. It is what Ron Paul’s Presidential campaign was all about. It is what Judge Napolitano’s Freedom Watch is all about. The online show wrapped up its 10th episode today. With regular guests like Ron Paul, Peter Schiff, and Lew Rockwell there is no other show practicing and preaching the message of freedom so perfectly.
The show deserves to be on the regular Fox TV channel lineup, and you can help make that happen. All you have to do is watch the show on youtube, rate it, comment, and spread it around to everyone you know and some you don’t. If you believe in freedom, it is time to be eternally vigilant as freedom is on the wane. Getting this show on television could be one of the most effective methods for spreading the liberty message far and wide. Do it now.
Incidentally, the Tax Day episode of Freedom Watch aired today and it is embedded below for your viewing pleasure. Keep spreading the freedom. Keep spreading the liberty.
“America is a land of taxation that was founded to avoid taxation.“ - Dr. Laurence J. Peter(Author of The Peter Principle)
Today is tax day. It is also Wednesday which means that Judge Napolitano’s Freedom Watch is on at 2pm EST.
One of Liberty Maven’s newest contributing authors Shelly Roche (BreakTheMatrix.com) is going to be an in studio guest. She will be functioning as social media liaison by reading comments/questions she receives on Twitter during the show. To contribute your own questions/comments check out the details here. Her Twitter profile is here. Also feel free to follow Liberty Maven too.
The main topic of the show will be the Tea Party Tax Day protests happening all across the country.
Ron Paul also makes his triumphant return to the show after a one week hiatus.
Remember you can also watch previously aired episodes at FreedomWatchOnFox.com. The most recent episode is usually posted around 6pm EST each Wednesday.
Who gave that title to Ron Paul? The answer is (of course) Judge Andrew Napolitano, the host of the weekly freedom-loving web show Freedom Watch. I always love when the Judge hosts his radio show solo. This week he is doing just that.
Brian and The Judge airs beginning at 9am EST and can be heard at http://www.foxnewsradio.com/ and on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio on channels 145(Sirius) and 168(XM).
Later today we’ll find out the Judge’s guests for Freedom Watch tomorrow, but this morning and every morning all week why not give the Judge a call to promote HR1207, discuss the Tea Party events being held this week, or any other liberty loving topic of note? You can do so at 1-866-408-7669.
This week’s Freedom Watch as another great one. Judge Napolitano interviewed British MEP Daniel “Devalued Prime Minister” Hannan to kick off the show. The rest of the show was pretty much dedicated to the TSA audio that Steve Bierfeldt captured as he was detained trying to fly back from the Campaign For Liberty event in St. Louis, MO 2 weeks ago.
In addition to Bierfeldt, joining the Judge for the discussion were Peter Schiff, Mike Ferguson, Lew Rockwell, Michael German (ACLU), and Michelle Muccio (Acton Institute). Apparently, Ron Paul was unable to participate this week marking the first time in 9 weeks that he’s been absent from the show.
Still it was a great in depth discussion surrounding the TSA and knowing your rights when flying. Watch it all below in the embedded playlist. You can watch all the previous episodes of Freedom Watch at FreedomWatchOnFox.com.
There were very few news reports about the Bush administration forcing some private banks that had no desire for bailout money to take bailout money. These were banks that had no need or desire to take government money, but were given an “incentive” to do so using the threat of multi-year audits by our compassionate federal government. While the government may term this tactic as an “incentive” most proper thinking citizens call it for what it really is, extortion.
So the Bush administration commited extortion paving the way for the Obama administration to hip-hop toward fascism. This is becoming even more evident with the recent Obama “firing” of GM head Rick Wagoner. I’m not a religious person, but I do recall that the Bible teaches us that the borrower is a slave to the lender (Proverbs 22). The Obama administration is now a slave owner of once private businesses. This point is further reinforced by the fact that some of these new government owned business “slaves” became government owned unwillingly.
The Bush administration bought the slaves. The Obama administration is lording over the slaves, whip in hand.
Some of these businesses came to the government on bended knee begging for loans. Perhaps they didn’t realize that in doing so they were also begging into slavery. I think Rick Wagoner may realize that now. I hope others begin to realize this and start fighting back. Companies that choose bankruptcy over slavery should be commended and supported.
Unfortunately, the problem with not supporting the government slave businesses just means that more tax money will be utilized to keep them functioning. That is, unless people start not only waking up, but also acting out by holding lawmakers accountable for supporting this kind of slavery.
The road to economic prosperity is not paved by the blood of government economic tyranny. The road to economic prosperity can only be paved by the sweat of free market liberty.
Another great “Freedom Watch” show today. Tom Woods, Ron Paul, John Stossel, Gerald Celente, and Peter Schiff joined Judge Napolitano.
Especially interesting was the segment with the exclusive audio of a Campaign For Liberty manager getting detained and harassed at the St. Louis airport seemingly because he had too much cash on him. You can watch that segment isolated here. It seems these guys didn’t get the word that the MIAC document was retracted. Yet more evidence that we live in the land of the unfree.
Ron Paul comes on during the final segment and discussed the G20 meetings and other topics.
