It was just announced that Mitt Romney has won the SRLC Straw Poll by a single vote over Ron Paul. Romney had 439 votes to Paul’s 438. Sarah Palin came in 3rd. Newt Gingrich came in 4th.

It is sad that due to a misunderstanding of registration time cut off, 40 of our guys had trouble getting in. I know at least 4 weren't ever able to. I don't know if the others were finally able to vote or not.
Whatever. It isn't as if they'd have given RP credit for anything if he had won 'again'. They were all saying he would to downplay it in advance.
