Ron Paul appeared on Fox Business News earlier today to discuss Obama’s decision last night to continue the Bush efforts of fighting them “over there”. As usual, he speaks the truth in the face of the propagandists.

Ron Paul is the only Government Official that understands 100% what we are dealing with in Iraq, Afganistan and all of the Middle East….at least as far as I've been able to discern…
and he speaks the FACTS outloud.
As one Arab person said to me years ago….our countries have been invaded since the beginning of time…and who's left? We are.
I fear it's too late now…the clock can't be turned back…we are bankrupt and any/all ancient society's know the way to control people or nations is to control their pocketbook. The one who pays the bills, is the one that calls the shots.
We just never seem to learn the basic principles of life. The truth is we can have many things, but we can't have EVERYTHING. We don't need enemies from other countries…we are our own worst enemy.

One more thing, why aren't we in Yemen, Somalia, Indonesia, the list goes on and on. How is it that almost all of the hijacker of 9/11 were Saudi national and we aren't kicking the crap out of Saudi Arabia? Your guess is as good as mine, let's hear it.

He supported the invasion of Afghanistan for the expess purpose of detaining and bringing to justice Usama Bin Laden who was the self professed mastermind of 9/11, with vocal reservations. His actual position was to have the congress declare war, with a specified goal, (catching Usama and those responsible), and an exit strategy before the first boots hit the ground. 8 years later, where is Usama? Your statement is a half truth, which is no better than a lie.

stop being a pundit and read something… he supported going into afghan. to kill bin laden because the CIA intelligence said it was he who was the mastermind… everyone supported this war… we were actually going to get the leader of the terrorist group… when we lost the chance to kill bin laden at Tora Bora the afghan war actually ended there. The reason we went in to this country has now shifted from killing BL to "routing out al qaeda" then again to our own national security. We go in to war and change our mission, and lose our focus.
