Ron Paul was interviewed by Tavis Smiley on his PBS show last night. I remember really enjoying Smiley’s questioning and demeanor throughout his questioning during one of the GOP primary debates during the campaign of 2008. A debate that some of us here at Liberty Maven attended.

In this interview they discuss the U.S. foreign policy in Afghanistan, Ron Paul’s new book “End the Fed“, and how the Fed can be audited and eventually abolished.

Watch it in two parts below.

NOW IS THE TIME for Ron Paul supporters to get involved in their political parties. I became a Republican because of Ron Paul. Since my vote outside the partry doesn't count, I'm working to see that it counts inside the party since I also became a precinct committeeman. Because of my support of Ron Paul, it is less easy for John McCain and other Republicans to automatically get total support of the party. Ron Paul and other quality candidates like his son Rand Paul need precinct committeemen all over the country to show support. This will change the 2012 election cycle, maybe even the 2010 election cycle.

Whatever your party become a precinct committeeman.
