Obama – put up or shut up. We are sick of your babbling, we are not on the road to recovery, your plan is not working. You should show up on time and ready to work, quit trying to look pretty and work for once in your life. Quit wasting my tax dollars. Your polls show just what a poor job you are doing.

If Obama wasn't so stupid, he would know that there are already health insurance plans out there that ARE not for profit.

Funny how you can look at an intelligent person and say that after what we had for the last 8 years!

Thank you, Mr. President, for courageously taking on this very difficult task of making decent health care available to all of us. It takes guts to tackle this problem. Let your gaze extend beyond the haters and look out to the majority us who are looking back at you with gratitude for your efforts. Thank you.

There are many intelligent, educated people in the world. His intelligence means nothing if he can't even grasp how the insurance industry works. Why is he so ignorant of the facts of his own health insurance plan? As usual, always back to the last 8 years, you can't look forward? We can only hope Obama is gone in 4!

This is an intelligent, caring and thoughtful president who inherited many, many problems with his presidency. All of the haters supported the last 8 years remember that. When people look past their party and at the problems of the country and the citizens then we can start to solve these crisis'. Lets stop all of the hating and start trying to solve these problems before we lose everything.

insurance and drug company regulation is needed, not health care reform

Why is it that a modern wealthy country like the USA does not have a Universal Health Plan for all citizens. It seems that the Reps and Senate always find ways of canning any ideas.
For the price of an airfare I suggest someone from the Government go to Australia and study their system. It is not perfect but it works and everyone is covered. The question one has to ask….. why is such a clever country acting so dumb on health insurance not just now but for the last 50 years.

how many years is it going to take for people to stop saying "the last 8 years"…which now includes 9 months of Obamas presidency. Bush, even though I am not a fan, is not the cause of ALL of the problems this country is facing. It is time to move forward and stop using him as an excuse!
