The concept that it is morally wrong to use coercion against others, that is ok for government to use violence against the very people it is supposed to protect from violence. This is the inherent contradiction of government. If you believe that the government is there to protect people from other people who are evildoers , then you are conceding that some of the people in government are also evildoers.
