Sanford may strike an old right tone, just as George W Bush did when campaigning against Gore. But if elected, I expect that Sanford's actions would be more aligned with McCain than with Paul. Ron Paul is the best bet to deliver limited government, rather than just delivering limited government rhetoric. Sanford supported McCain, rather than Paul, in the primaries. I perhaps chose the wrong words with the Limbaugh comment, I guess it was an accidental "pun" of sorts, but my meaning was that making Limbaugh THE GOP leader must mean you are on drugs/crazy/etc..
