Tom Woods and Judge Andrew Napolitano appeared tonight on Glenn Beck’s FOX TV show.

Woods was on with another guest discussing his new book, “Meltdown: A Free-Market Look at Why the Stock Market Collapsed, the Economy Tanked, and Government Bailouts Will Make Things Worse” and the America’s current move toward socialism. Beck even shows the cover of Newsweek where the headline is “We are all socialists now!”

Judge Napolitano discusses Obama’s decision to shift the Census taking methods from the Commerce Department to Rahm Emmanuel and some other topics regarding constitutionality.
