In fact he is intent on shredding the Constitution as we speak. Apparently you did not hear about this little bit Obama has up his sleeve, ala HITLER: "We cannot to continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we have set. We have got to have a civilian national security force that is just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded." He added, "People of all ages, stations, and skills will be asked to serve."
