Well first off we should not be looking for the next Ron Paul. Simple because every single presidential election. Now I love Ron Paul I think he's not only a great politician, but I think he's a great person to. Why because Ron Paul has being married to the same women for over 50 years and now a days in Washington that's pretty hard to find. You see now the reason why I think Ron Paul is a great politician is as simple as this he's loyal to what he believes in. And what he believes in is right it's good. Now I'm not a loyal member of the Ron Paul cult mainly, because although I don't support Iraq I still do not agree with a lot of what he says when it comes to foreign policy. Simple because I think we should a large powerful military with nukes,a million troops, and a missile defense system, because if we have these will never need to use them. Yet I do agree with him on this getting rid of all federal drug laws, ending the war in Iraq, abolishing the Federal Reserve, going back to the Gold Standard, getting rid of the income tax,Social Security,Welfare and Medicare,Department of Education,Commerce, the DEA,Energy, and Federal regulation.

Now if he were to die I would get really sad, because it would be like losing one of the greatest men in the history of Congress. Yet I am happy to say that Gary Johnson is there for 2012. Now I'm still not sure if I'll vote for him in the primaries yet he's so far one of my favorites. Now Johnson has to start building up momentum for 2012 now if he wants to win a single state in the primaries. And he does have a lot of experience as a business owner and as one of the best governors in the US. So I really hoping for someone like Johnson and Paul for 2012 to kick that Socialist obama out of Washington.

There is only one Ron Paul.

He has gained 100% of our trust with his decades of speaking up for the American citizens and following the Constitution with his perfect voting record.

He was the one who woke up the formerly apathetic and disenfranchised with his message.

The "Next" Ron Paul does not exist.
It's a once in a lifetime type of phenomenon.

Some may come really close in a lot of ways, like Gary Johnson or B.J. Lawson or Chuck Baldwin, but I can tell you right now that they will never measure up.

That said, I'm really impressed with Gary Johnson's anti-War on Drugs stance. That's a real deal-maker or breaker, as it is the cause of a lot of civil liberty thefts and a powerful precursor to a police state.

Perhaps a better title would be "In the Footsteps of Ron Paul." I even wouldn't mind the term "Ron Paulian Candidate." If the candidate takes offense to either title, then he's lacking humility (a key Ron Paul element) and refusing to give credit where credit is due.

P.S. Former-CIA-Barr's V.P. of choice Wayne Allen Root's boast that he was "Ron Paul on Steroids" was so obnoxious and nauseating that I'm still reeling from the audio and visual stench from hearing him say that.

For those of you wondering who the "Charles Frohman" is in the above update, he's a former Cato Institute Associate Government Affairs Director whose main hobby (teaching kundalini yoga) takes him to the state of former Governor Johnson periodically. So, earlier this year, I asked and Gary agreed for me to come over and get to know each other. Gary confirmed his interest in running in 2012, and I shared my interest in helping him make that a reality. I can be reached at cfroh@yahoo.com, for any questions or comments.
