This time Judge Andrew Napolitano talks Obama and civil liberties with Lew Rockwell on Rockwell’s excellent podcast. The Judge says it may be his own wishful thinking, but he thinks that Obama may be pretty good when it compared to George Bush on civil liberties.

I’m not sure I share his wishful thinking, but he could very well be right.
