They had two chances to elect this man and create their utopia, but went for the pro-war and national athem pandering politicians instead. Most Republicans talk a big game, but when given the opportunity to act on their beliefs, they turn into closet liberals. Remember, Republicans, you had your chance. Not like it matters. If Mitt gets elected and doesn't turn this country around --and he won't-- Republicans will just blame everything on Obama. Much as the Democrats are currently doing with Bush. Both the left and the right are too blinded by bias to acknowledge failures in their policies. It's always someone else's fault. Now he has embraced tax cuts via the payroll tax extension, which many in the GOP opposed. There is plenty to criticize Obama for - his about-face on the Patriot Act, his warmongering in Libya and Afghanistan, his foot-dragging on Iraq, etc., etc. But he isn't a tax-and-spend socialist, he is a corporatist - as Paul pointed out. Please get your facts straight so that you don't undermine your own analysis.
