Now that Obama has pegged Biden for Veep, maybe it's time for LM to do an official rating of on the Paul-O-Meter.

You know what would be cool if you felt like doing the work... When you go to view the results so far, it would be nice if you could specify a weighting for each of the categories and then sort the candidates according to that. I say this because I know there is no way in the world I would find Cynthia McKinney better than John McCain. I'm thinking if I could weight down the drug and abortion stuff, which I don't care about so much, and weight up taxes, health care and gun rights, maybe things would be different.

The problem could also be the dynamic range issue where you have so many zeros in the ratings. I'm not sure what could be done about that except letting someone like McKinney go negative on taxes and health care.
