    The Dr. gets on quite a roll in these…what is your theory on the distinction when he performs like this and other times when he is less inspiring?

    I think when he is well rested he does better. He didn’t have anything scheduled leading up to this speech and I think he had time to work on it.

    I’ve seen him give some rally speeches on the campaign trail where he was so tired he was slurring his words and seemed to be on autopilot. This one was different.
