I was floored by this article: Credit Bubbles

With the recent printing of $35 billion out of thin air by the Fed, I became very interested (again) in learning as much as I can about the economy and how it relates to Fed decisions.

I was pointed to a web site called The Daily Reckoning a few days ago and I finally found the time to read it. One of the articles I stumbled upon was one called: “Credit Bubbles: Wealth Creation and Asset Inflation”.

I’ve been trying to educate myself about the Federal Reserve system and how they control money for the past few months. I learned the basics from a few documentaries found online, but I wanted to know more. I wanted to know more about the details and effects of the Fed manipulating the money supply and interest rates. In short, I wanted to know how it applied to me.
